提出了三种AC-AC 变压器结构。直流变压器可实现一种直流电压到与之成正比的另一种或多种直流电压的变换。相对于直流变压器电路中的高频斩波频率来说,低频交流电压可视为缓慢变化的直流电压。因此结合直流变压器电压变换的概念,采用直流变压器的串联和并联结构,可实现交流电能的比例变换。该文研究了AC-AC 变换的电路结构和控制方案,并进行了仿真和试验验证。该AC-AC 变压器方案的优点是:可对各种形状的低频电压进行比例变换、实现全部功率开关的ZVS 开关、变换效率和功率密度高、宽频带、适用于各种负载性质。 ABSTRACT: Three types of high-frequency-linked AC-AC transformer were proposed. The “DC transformer” is the high-frequency-linked converter, which can be used in turning a DC voltage into another proportional DC voltage. In the high-frequency linked power converter situations, the low frequency AC voltage can be viewed as the DC voltage that changes slowly. So the concept of the “DC transformer” can be applied in the high frequency linked AC-AC transformer. The AC-AC transformers reduce the volume and the weight of the power system, are suitable for all low frequency input voltage and all types of loads.
