重点研究了有源交错并联Boost 的软开关技术,提出了一种新型的有源交错并联的Boost 软开关电路。在Boost主开关两端并联一个由有源辅助开关和关断缓冲吸收电容组成的有源缓冲吸收支路,Boost 的主开关管可以实现零电流导通和零电压关断,二极管的反向恢复电流带来的能量损耗能够大大减少。并且,在整个开关周期期间,附加的辅助开关管都是零电压开关。最后,设计试制了一台1.2kW 实验样机。结果表明,该电路的所有功率器件均实现了软开关。 ABSTRACT:This paper focuses on the soft switching for the interleaved Boost converters. A new ZVS-ZCS interleaved Boost converter is proposed in this paper. An active circuit branch composed of an auxiliary switch and a snubber capacitor is added in parallel with the main switches. By using this interleaved converter topology, the zero current turn-on and zero voltage turn-off of the main switches can be achieved and the reverse-recovery loss of boost diode can be reduced. In addition, the auxiliary switches are the ZVT during the whole switching transition. A prototype of Boost converter rated at 1.2kW has been built to confirm the effectiveness of the converter.
