首先分类介绍了几种典型的隔离式双向DC/DC变换器电路,并对其主要特点和应用领域进行了比较和分析。在此基础上,提出了一种新颖的隔离式双向DC/DC变换器拓扑,该拓扑结构简洁,并可应用同步整流技术,使得整个设计具有高效率、高控制性能、低成本等特点。该文介绍了电路结构、详细分析了工作原理和设计要点,最后给出了实验波形,验证了这种电路拓扑的优越性。 ABSTRACT: This paper first introduces several typical topologies of isolated bi-directional DC/DC converter. Based on the analysis and comparison of the main characteristics and applications of each typical topology, this paper presents a novel topology of isolated bi-directional DC/DC converter. The compact structure and the adoption of the synchronous rectify technique make the whole system possess the advantages of high efficiency, high control performance and low cost. The circuit structure, working principle and design procedures are introduced and analyzed in detail. Experimental waveforms are given to demonstrate the goodness of this novel topology.
